The Association of Female and Female Employees’ Wives (IIKK) of Tatali Wargi Sekar Arum Dahana held a “Family Gathering & Seminar: My Family’s Happiness, My Dahana’s Success, My Indonesia’s Progress.” The event, opened by Mohamad Nur Sodiq, Dahana’s Head of Finance, Risk Management & HR, was held at the Dahana Auditorium in Subang, West Java, on Friday, August 8, 2025.

In his remarks, Sodiq underlined that family is the foundation for developing strong, productive individuals with integrity. Dahana took the theme “My Family’s Happiness, My Dahana’s Success, My Indonesia’s Progress” for this event as a collective message that the Company and the Indonesian nation are rooted in intact, healthy, and harmonious families.

“We believe that Dahana’s employees’ success is not only attributed to their skills at work, but also by their peace and happiness at home. Therefore, family is not just a support system, but an integral part of this Company’s success. Therefore, through today’s activity, we want to invite all Dahana employees to reflect on the importance of family in building personal, organizational, and even national success,” said Mr Sodiq.

Meanwhile, Fera Churairah, Chair of the Dahana’s IIKK Tatali Wargi Sekar Arum, stated that this family gathering and seminar was not just a gathering, but a crucial moment to strengthen the role of family as the foundation for the resilience and success of Dahana employees.

“We believe that a strong family will foster a positive work ethic. The roles of wives, husbands, and all family members strengthen each other—both in joy and in the face of challenges. We would also like to welcome the new members of Dahana’s IIKK Tatali Wargi Sekar Arum. Let’s make this platform a space to grow together, share benefits, and strengthen the bonds of love among us,” Ms Churairah said.

Ms Churairah added that she is very grateful to Dahana management, administrators, and members who have supported IIKK Tatali Wargi Sekar Arum Dahana activities such as the Line Dance, the Tali Kasih Program, and the Majelis Taklim (Islamic Study Group), which she hopes will inspire families, the company, and the community.

During the seminar, Dahana appointed Dr. (Cand.) A.S. Mayangsari, S.S., M.PSDM (Hearty Service Trainer) and Mayor Ashari Rahman to speak, discussing the importance of the role of the family and concrete steps to protect families from negative influences such as radicalism, drugs, online gambling, and social media abuse.

The participants were highly enthusiastic about the seminar and gathering. Several Dahana employees actively raised questions and expressed their opinions on household management to avoid such negative influences.
